COMPOSITION: Each tablet contains
Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 300 mg

INDICATIONS:
Treatment of HIV-1 infection: Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate is used in combination with other antiretroviral agents in the treatment of HIV-type 1 infection (HIV-1) in adults, for children aged 12-18 years in case Nucleoside resistance inhibits reverse transcriptase enzymes or due to toxicity that prevents the use of the first gland drug.
– Treatment of chronic hepatitis B in adults in the case of:
+ Compensated liver function, evidence of viral replication, increased ALT levels over a long period of time, and evidence of active hepatitis and / or fibrosis.
+ Evidence of lamivudine-resistant hepatitis B virus
+ Decompensated liver disease
– Treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children 12 to 18 years of age with compensated liver function, evidence of viral replication, increased ALT levels over a long period of time, and evidence of active hepatitis and / or fibrosis.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or to any ingredient of the drug.
Do not use concurrently with combination preparations containing tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, tenofovir alafenamid or adefovir dipivoxil.
