INDICATIONS:

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

• Hypersensitivity to any component of the product.
• Malignant tumors: Vitamin B12 may promote the growth of rapidly proliferating tissues, potentially accelerating tumor progression.
• Patients with allergic predisposition (e.g., asthma, eczema).
