INDICATIONS:

• Indicated for patients with Folic acid deficiency due to inadequate dietary intake.
• Supplementation of Folic acid in pregnant women, patients receiving folic acid antagonists (e.g., methotrexate), and patients undergoing antiepileptic therapy with hydantoins.
• Supportive treatment in hemolytic anemia.
• Used in combination therapy for megaloblastic anemia caused by folic acid deficiency.
