COMPOSITION:

INDICATIONS:
- Acute bacterial sinusitis caused by susceptible organisms including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, and Moraxella catarrhalis.
- Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, H. parainfluenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, and Moraxella catarrhalis.
- Mild to moderate community-acquired pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, H. parainfluenzae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, or Moraxella catarrhalis.
- Skin and soft tissue infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes. The drug is effective in the treatment of uncomplicated subcutaneous abscesses, furuncles, impetigo, and cellulitis.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Moxifloxacin, other quinolones, or any component of the product.
- Contraindicated in children under 18 years of age, as animal studies have shown possible cartilage degeneration in weight-bearing joints.
- Patients with a history of QT prolongation or those receiving Class IA antiarrhythmic drugs (e.g., quinidine, procainamide) or Class III antiarrhythmic drugs (e.g., amiodarone, sotalol).
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
